2026–2027 Community Sponsorship Opportunities (link)

Please complete the following requested information. Please note the following:

Your sponsorship will be recognized at the level you select with the associated benefits listed in the annual Sponsorship Levels.
In addition, please submit your logo (transparent background in png format) to sponsorship@eaglerock-pta.org.
Upon review by our PTA board, we will email you an invoice.
Confirmation letters for tax purposes will be sent to the address/email you select below.
Please complete and submit this application by the 15th of the month preceding your banner display to ensure adequate time for processing and installation.

Agreement

Sponsor herby purchases the above selected banner for the school year. Each banner will be the property of ERE PTA and will be produced, installed and maintained by ERE PTA. ERE PTA reserves the right to revise or decline any proposed design that is not high enough resolution or does not meet the LAUSD Sponsor guidelines.

Upon review of your application and logo, an invoice will be sent. Agreement is not complete until payment has been received. Check can be made payable to "Eagle Rock Elementary PTA" or you can pay via credit card/apple pay.
