Registration for Fall clubs opens soon! Here are the key dates and details to help your family get ready.

Choose and rank up to three clubs only. This matters more than it sounds: submitting more than three choices, even as backups or waitlist picks, can actually keep your child from getting their top choices. Please rank clearly, like this:

2. Robotics
3. Art
Not like this:
Chess (1st)
Robotics (1st)
Art (backup)

Waitlist invites: August 27–29
If a spot opens up in a club your child is waitlisted for, we'll reach out during this window.

Once initial placements are set, registration opens back up. At this point, families can sign up for as many additional clubs as they'd like.

Clubs start: Monday, September 14

Want priority off the waitlist?
We need parent volunteers on campus to help clubs run smoothly, one day a week. If you're willing to help out, let us know. We'll follow up about scheduling and will do our best to match you with a day that works for you. Volunteering also moves your child up the waitlist. You'll need district clearance first, which you can get HERE

A note on club costs
Some clubs cost more to run than others. Rather than raising prices across the board or adding fees only to the pricier clubs, we're asking families to consider adding a bit extra at checkout for clubs marked as higher cost. Every contribution helps keep clubs affordable and available to every student who wants one.
