Eagle Rock is more than a school—it's a vibrant community. Your support helps fund the people, programs, and resources that enrich the educational experience of every Eagle Rock student—from innovative classroom tools and student advocacy to campus beautification and community-building events. Throughout the school year, we'll continue fundraising through programs and events including:
- After-School Clubs ($150,000)
- Jog-For-The-Arts ($95,000)
- Spring A-Thon ($175,000)
- Community Sponsorship Program
- Auction for Advocacy ($25,000)
- PTA Membership Drive ($10,000)
- Book Fair
- Spirit Wear
- Additional community fundraising initiatives
Our 2026-2027 fundraising goal is $510,000. Whether you decide to give once or throughout the year, we recognize that every family's circumstances are different, and we deeply value the diversity of our Eagle Rock community. We invite you to give what feels right for your family, knowing that every contribution is meaningful and appreciated. Whether your gift is $10, $100, $500, or $1,000, every dollar helps provide enriching programs, student advocacy, campus beautification, innovative learning opportunities, and resources that benefit every Eagle Rock student, teacher, and family.

1. Purpose: Every dollar raised should have a clear, intentional purpose that directly supports our students, teachers, and school community. We are committed to ensuring that funds are thoughtfully allocated to meaningful programs, resources, and initiatives that make a measurable impact.
2. Comprehensive Budgeting: Our goal is to create a budget that anticipates the needs of both the PTA and the school at the start of the year, reducing the need for additional fundraising requests or classroom contributions throughout the school year. Thoughtful planning allows families to give with confidence, knowing their support is helping meet the school's priorities while minimizing unexpected financial asks.
3. Transparency: Families deserve full transparency about how their donations are used. We are committed to openly communicating how funds are allocated and the impact they have on our students, teachers, and school community.
4. Sustainable Growth: We are committed to developing new and diverse revenue streams that strengthen the PTA's long-term financial sustainability. By expanding partnerships, exploring innovative fundraising opportunities, and growing community support, we can reduce reliance on any single fundraiser while continuing to invest in programs and resources that benefit every Eagle Rock student.

Annual Donation Guidance (based on family income)
- Less than $50k per year = $120 annually or $10/month
- $50k - $100k per year = $420 annually or $35/month
- $100k - $150k per year = $900 annually or $75/month
- $150k - $200k per year = $1500 annually or $125/month
- Over $200k = $2700 annually or $225/month
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, your gift is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and you will receive a receipt following your donation.
